Summary: The role involves administrating, validating, and executing global transactions related to employee information in systems, ensuring data quality through standardization and classification. Highlights: 1. Provide global support in main BRP systems for employee data management. 2. Opportunity to gain experience in Data Management & Quality and Data Privacy. 3. Global communication across all BRP sites and areas. POSITION OBJECTIVE Administrate, Validate and Execute global transactions requested to apply in the systems related to employee’s information. Ensure all our requests are standardized and classified in order to maintain a good quality level in the data. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **Provide global support in the main BRP system, such as:** Profile creation Job Code creation Position creation Suspensions Transfers (supervisor, work schedule, department) HRBP updates Data changes (personal information) Approvals (supervisor, work schedule, department, cost center) **SKILLS:** Excel Communication Data management Dealing with people **Career:** Administration Industrial Engineer Systems Engineer **Student Benefits :** Experience in Data Management \& Data Quality from the system process execution perspective. Data Privacy Fundamentals full exposure and awareness. Global communication within all BRP sites and areas across the globe. Human Resources system understanding on an employee’s journey during their cycle at BRP. **Language:** Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
