**Apprentice** By the end of the year, you will know how to perform the following Activities: * **Conduct new employee medical examinations (periodic and emergency)** * **Provide direct care to employees in the clinic (including assessment, first aid, and monitoring their progress)** * **Maintain complete nursing activity records, capabilities, disabilities, and institutional forms (ST7, ST2, ST9\), ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance** * **Identify, evaluate, and prevent workplace risks by participating in emergency brigades and safety and hygiene programs** * **Manage control of medications, supplies, and medical equipment, ensuring availability and proper use** * **Map, document, and update operational processes related to occupational health and internal logistics (care delivery, recordkeeping, patient flows, disability management)** * **Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation, evidence, and regulatory compliance in occupational health and safety** * **Develop procedure manuals, instructions, and training materials, ensuring standardization of occupational health practices** * **Analyze efficiency of care workflows and health processes, identifying improvement areas that impact profitability, safety, and employee experience** * **Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) related to service times, incidents, risks, program compliance, and preventive actions** * **Monitor compliance with internal policies, medical protocols, and official regulations applicable to occupational health** * **Participate in digitization or automation projects to optimize records, consultations, reports, and occupational health processes** Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,480.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
