




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Producer/Fixer with field expertise and strong problem-solving skills to lead and coordinate audiovisual productions, managing logistics while contributing aesthetic and creative vision. Major company is hiring a PRODUCER/FIXER: \* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, Film, or related field. \* Courses/workshops in: \* Audiovisual production management \* Art direction / basic set design \* Project management (Scrum, PMP or similar, even abbreviated versions) Important: Real-world field experience and problem-solving ability matter more than academic credentials. Professional Experience \* 3–5 years in audiovisual production (agencies, production houses, media outlets, freelance). \* Experience in: \* Location scouting (negotiation and permits). \* Coordination of crew and extras on set. \* Project budget management (basic numerical control). \* Full logistics: transportation, catering, setup/teardown. \* Aesthetic supervision (props, art, staging). Key Competencies (hard & soft skills) \* Problem solving → ability to improvise solutions on set. \* Operational leadership → directing crew without constant supervision. \* Negotiation → with vendors, locations, and collaborators. \* Applied creativity → contributing viable ideas, not just operational ones. \* Aesthetic vision → eye for props, staging, and support to the Director of Photography. \* Effective communication → with directors, crew, clients, and guests. \* Proactive, autonomous, solves issues without waiting for instructions. \* Structured, yet capable of improvising. \* Good interpersonal skills with diverse people: technicians, guests, clients. \* Enjoys both logistics and creativity (not just one or the other). \* Education: Communication / Audiovisual / Film + practical workshops. \* Mindset: “I make everything happen” (full ownership of the production).
