Compliance with QRO pathway matrix, Quality management system BMS and QMS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 AND ESDS 20,20 as well as customer specific requirements. **Your Team:** * Quality Inspector * Quality Technician **What You Will Do:** * Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production) * Responsible for maintaining and continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system. * Manage containment actions for 0KM concerns and quality proactive notifications (including customer sorting \& Quality Alerts). * Manage aditional controls with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP \+ 90 days (Safe Launch Plan) * Execute IPSO Audit to ensure transfer to production of new products are in accordance with approved data. * Manage quality RMA process, review, and confirm customer deductions due to 0Km concerns (mass production). * Support the quality Inspectors and technicians to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevan requirements of the quality management system. * Preparation of QA reports. * Developement of Control Plans and ensure handover for Control Plan maintenance. * PPAP submission process and provide customer feedback for approval. * Ensure product audit. * Other activities as required by the Sr. customer quality Engineer. **What You Need to Be Successful:** * Integrity. * Innovation. * Inclusion. * Teamwork \& Respect. * Excellence * BS Technical Engineering Degree * 3 years of prior experience as Quality Engineer or 3 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment. * English 90%. **Bonus Points If You Have:** * Leadership. * Change Orientation. * Collaboration. * Judgment. * Result Driven. * Leadership. * Change Orientation. * Collaboration. * Judgment. * Result Driven. * Leadership * Change orientation * Collaboration * Judgement * Result driven * Communication Skills (Oral and Written) * Able to plan and organize * Initiative * Analytical * Problem Solving skills * Knowledge of Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\) * Computer knowledge (Auto cad, Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, etc.) * Control Plan knowledge * PPAP knowledge * MSA Measurement System analysis * Statistical Process Control (SPC) * 8Ds * 5Whys * VDA * Automotive Customers portal experience **What Makes You Eligible :** * Willingness to travel * Willingness to work in an office * Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment. **You Belong Here** HARMAN is committed to making every employee feel welcomed, valued, and empowered.
