Join our team as an **Accounting Assistant** and gain hands-on experience in **general accounting, taxation, and financial control** within a professional and stable environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording income and expense transactions (**general accounting**). * Bank reconciliations and account cleansing. * Expense tracking and financial data analysis. * Accounts receivable and accounts payable (**AR and AP**). * Electronic invoicing (CFDI) and payment complements. * Support in tax calculation and filing. * Payroll preparation and administration. * Use of the **CONTPAQi** accounting system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a technical accounting program (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience or **recent graduate with accounting knowledge**. * Knowledge of **accounting, taxation, invoicing, and bank reconciliations**. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Prior experience with **CONTPAQi** is desirable. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,500 to $12,000 per month (based on experience). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and opportunity for advancement. * Excellent work environment. **Location and Schedule:** * Work modality: 100% on-site. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Apply now and become part of our team!** Job type: Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $10,500\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership discount Workplace: On-site employment
