




**Role Summary:** The Human Resources Customer Service Representative will help build a people-centered culture that delivers business results. Provide expert HR advice to leadership and employees, as well as daily HR support, within a Flowserve business unit. Hybrid role: 3 days in office / 2 days remote **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer requests (calls, chats, tickets) and provide guidance to associates and managers * Consistently execute HR processes using case management, chat, and telephony * Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigation of the HR portal * Investigate solutions for customer inquiries and escalate as needed * Understand and effectively communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures * Adhere to Flowserve’s security policies, integrity standards, and code of conduct * Perform other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR * Ideally 2–3 years of experience in HR, customer service, or HR service delivery * Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus * Exceptional customer service skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy * Excellent probing skills to identify the customer’s true need * Resourcefulness and ability to quickly find answers * Meticulous in responding to inquiries and resolving issues * Adaptable to diverse customer types and situations * Technologically savvy to enhance and automate activities * Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information * Executive presence and ability to deliver high-touch support **Preferred:** * Studies in Human Resources and relevant experience * Prior experience in HR Operations * Practical knowledge of Workday and/or Neocase Flowserve is a global leader in manufacturing and after-market services for comprehensive flow control systems.
