Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and professional Executive Driver to ensure safety, vehicle management, and logistical support across various activities. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for vehicle safety and comprehensive vehicle management. 2. Administrative and logistical support for various business activities. 3. Requires mastery of safe driving techniques and optimal route planning. The Executive Driver position requires an attitude of respect, loyalty, commitment, responsibility, professionalism, and honesty. Casual attire (no sneakers); submit a certificate of no criminal record; hold a full and valid driver's license. RESPONSIBILITIES \-Do not answer mobile phones while driving. \-On highways, maintain a two-vehicle distance. \-In charge of safety. \-Purchasing and various tasks. \-Safeguard purchase receipts and generate official tax-compliant invoices for each purchase, timely and properly. \-Expense reporting. \-Handling payments for services and bank transfers. \-Reviewing and supervising general maintenance. \-General support for events, deliveries, or other activities related to the contracting company's business. \-Assume full responsibility for vehicles under their care—ensuring proper use, care, cleaning, maintenance, spare parts, inspections, vehicle services, fuel supply, and all matters related to the vehicle, with official tax-compliant documentation submitted timely and properly. \-Maintain and record the vehicle logbook. \-Keep a schedule of assigned tasks and completed activities. \-Assist in loading and unloading all types of goods. \-Identify the most optimal routes. \-Deliver goods as instructed. \-Submit documentation and invoices. QUALIFICATIONS \-Familiarity with interstate highways. \-Ability to perform administrative tasks. \-Willingness to work nights and weekends. \-Ability to work independently. \-Ability to concentrate. \-Ability to follow instructions. \-Ability to adhere to safety protocols. \-Proficiency with digital platforms (Waze, Google Maps). \-Experience using digital cards. \-Hand-eye coordination. \-Safe driving techniques. \-Manual dexterity. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE AS AN EXECUTIVE DRIVER WILL BE CONSIDERED. Compensation: Fee-based structure.
