Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in industrial maintenance, asset management, and knowledge of automotive quality management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of the maintenance system and projects EDUCATION: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; preferably with specialization in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, automation, or asset management. 5 years in a similar position Advanced English ISO 14001, 45001, and IATF 16949:2016 Gender-neutral – preference for male candidates $70,000 + Benefits exceeding statutory requirements + Job-related Knowledge General knowledge of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance under TPM methodology. Knowledge of scheduling maintenance types A, B, and C. Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving issues in injection molding machines, ultrasonic sealers, and automotive paint line equipment. Knowledge of implementing and monitoring projects. Knowledge of commissioning and startup of industrial equipment. Knowledge of comprehensive maintenance system management. Knowledge of releasing assembly lines. Knowledge of automotive standards applicable to maintenance activities. Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control diagrams. Knowledge of budget generation, administration, and control.
