Comprehensive management of operations and staff at sales points **Querétaro Bus Terminal** We are a transportation service company currently offering the following vacancy: **Sales Points Supervisor**, night shift. **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate terminal sales points to ensure proper operation, inventory replenishment, visual presentation, and administrative management, with a focus on delivering optimal customer service to meet established sales targets. **Education** * Completed high school. **Certificate required** **Skills:** Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Service Orientation, Teamwork, Empathy, Proactivity. **Knowledge:** Desktop PC, Smartphone, Printer, Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily shift start-up. * Supervise inventory control. * Supervise merchandise ordering and receipt. * Supervise merchandise display and rotation. * Supervise shift closing procedures. * Supervise proper functioning of service equipment. * Supervise staff across areas. * Conduct inventories and cash reconciliations at sales points. * Handle incidents. * Supervise premises cleaning. **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM **(2 weekdays off)** **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $13,400.00 MXN * Additional food vouchers amounting to 15% of salary * Savings fund contribution of 12% of salary * Additional punctuality bonus of 2.5% of salary * Christmas basket * School supplies vouchers for employees' children * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements (24 days) * Vacation premium of 35% * Guaranteed PTU (Profit Sharing) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,400.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Querétaro?
