**Job Description** COSIPSA, a company dedicated to the sale and rental of scaffolding, is seeking a Construction Supervisor for scaffolding assembly. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supervision of scaffolding assembly and disassembly** * **Personnel management** * **Preparation of plans** **Requirements:** * Full-time availability * Availability to travel * Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Ability to read architectural blueprints * Teamwork skills * Minimum age: 30 years old * Leadership skills * Ability to work under pressure Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,000.00 per month, before taxes + supervision bonus (approx. $10,000 to $15,000) + per diems Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $13,001.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
