Opportunities for development and training in a dynamic environment. **Job Opening: Maintenance Assistant at Hotel** We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to support the care and maintenance of our hotel’s facilities, ensuring our guests enjoy a high-quality experience. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities (guest rooms, common areas, electrical systems, plumbing, etc.). * Repair and maintain hotel equipment and systems (air conditioning, heating, water pumps, etc.). * Collaborate on facility improvement projects. * Report maintenance issues and needs to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Clean and maintain tools and work equipment. * Assist in receiving supplies and materials for the maintenance department. **Requirements:** * Prior maintenance experience, preferably in hotels or similar facilities. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and refrigeration. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Proactive, responsible attitude with willingness to learn. * Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks under pressure will be valued. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Team-oriented and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for development and training.
