A Design Release Engineer (DRE) – RFHM is the technical owner of the radio frequency module and related systems (such as TPMS) in the vehicle. Acts as the central point between Stellantis, suppliers, and other areas to ensure the component meets all requirements. What does it do and how? * Manages suppliers to ensure hardware, software, and validations are delivered on time and without defects. * Implements engineering changes and resolves technical issues using systems like GIM, from development phase through warranty reports. * Creates service bulletins (TSB) and software updates to fix issues in already sold vehicles. * Ensures regulatory compliance of all wireless devices in the vehicle for global sales. * Its role is key to ensuring functionality, quality, and reliability of the vehicle's communication and safety systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience * Component Electronic Lifecycle Management (CR, EBOM, Release), intermediate level (3\-5 years of experience). * Technical Knowledge and Management of RFHM (Radio Frequency Hub Module) Systems, intermediate level (2\-5 years of experience). * Technical Knowledge and Management of TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) Systems, intermediate level (2\-5 years of experience). * Problem Solving with Structured Methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis), intermediate level (3\-5 years of experience). * Knowledge of CAN \& LIN Vehicle Networks, intermediate level (2\-5 years of experience). * Vehicle Diagnostics and DTC Interpretation, intermediate level (2\-5 years of experience). * Supplier Management (Tier 1\) in Automotive Environment, basic to intermediate level (1\-3 years of experience). * Tools such as (GIM, EROM, WebCN, QNA), basic level (at least 1 year of experience or demonstrable exposure). * Project Management with JIRA, basic to intermediate level (1\-3 years of experience). * Compliance Regulations for Wireless Devices (FCC, CE), basic level (at least 1 year of experience or solid academic knowledge). * Automotive Hardware and Software Validation Processes, basic to intermediate level (1\-3 years of experience). * Intermediate/Advanced (Fluent Conversation) **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Professional growth and development plan * Remote work arrangement
