




Job Summary: Plan, implement, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting continuous improvement in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 system. 2. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop action plans. 3. Promote a quality culture at all organizational levels. **Objective** Plan, implement, maintain, and improve the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and customer requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a pharmaceutical distributor, medical equipment supplier, and healthcare services provider. **Academic Qualifications:** * Final-semester student of **Industrial Engineering**. * Complementary training or certification in **Quality Management**, **ISO 9001**, etc. is desirable. **Required Knowledge:** * **ISO 9001 standards** (current version) and related standards. * **Process documentation**, development of procedures and work instructions. * **Process-based management** and risk-based thinking. * **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**. * **Internal and external audits**. * **Continuous improvement tools:** Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart, 5W2H, 5 Whys, FMEA, among others. * **Computer software proficiency:** MS Office, quality management software (ERP, QMS), Visio, etc. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and update **QMS documentation**. * Lead the implementation and maintenance of the system in accordance with ISO 9001\. * Identify opportunities for **continuous improvement** and develop action plans. * Coordinate and conduct **internal audits**. * Support external audits and manage findings. * Train staff on quality-related topics and procedures. * Measure and report **quality indicators** and process performance. * Promote a quality culture at all organizational levels. **Personal Competencies:** * **Leadership and influence** * **Analytical thinking** * **Effective communication** * **Teamwork** * **Organization and planning** * **Customer orientation** * **Proactivity and results orientation** * **Goal-oriented work** **Experience:** * Practical experience or interest in implementing or maintaining QMS in organizations of any size or sector.
