




Job Summary: We are seeking an operational Construction and Facilities Coordinator to execute and supervise installation, assembly, and space adaptation projects (retail, exhibition, furniture), ensuring quality and compliance. We seek an operational **Construction and Facilities Coordinator** to execute and supervise installation, assembly, and space adaptation projects (retail, exhibition, furniture). The role requires hands-on field experience, ability to interpret blueprints, coordinate installations, and ensure each project is executed on time, as specified, and with quality. Responsibilities * Blueprint interpretation for accurate on-site execution. * On-site monitoring of installations, assemblies, and adaptations. * Coordination of installation teams and suppliers. * Material quantification and preparation of material take-offs. * Support in procurement and material tracking. * Coordination of deliveries and receipt of materials at site or warehouse. * Identification and resolution of on-site incidents. * Quality supervision of installations. * Participation in nighttime assemblies when required by the project. * Monitoring to ensure adherence to timelines and client requirements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (not mandatory if solid experience is demonstrated). * Minimum **4 years of experience** in construction, installations, or assembly. * Experience reading and interpreting blueprints. * Experience in material quantification and material tracking. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD or similar software**. * Familiarity with **OPUS or similar software** (quantification, matrices, material take-offs) preferred. * Willingness to travel and work on-site. * Availability for nighttime assemblies. Desirable Knowledge * Materials: glass, metalwork, carpentry, lighting, hardware, and finishes. * Experience with furniture, display units, showcases, exhibition stands, or commercial interior design. * Retail projects or commercial adaptations.
