Company Tag is seeking a **TRAFFIC ANALYST** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the movement of goods (inbound and outbound) for the company. The primary objective is to ensure shipments reach their destination efficiently, safely, on time, and at the lowest possible cost—by optimizing routes and coordinating with carriers. * **Route Tracking:** Design and optimize transportation routes (local, national, or international) to minimize delivery times and fuel/toll costs. * **Shipment Coordination:** Schedule and monitor cargo loading and unloading, ensuring compliance with customers’ delivery time windows. * **Supplier (Carrier) Management:** Negotiate rates, evaluate performance of external carrier companies, and ensure adherence to service and safety standards. * **Tracking and Monitoring (GPS):** Monitor transportation units in real time and resolve on-road incidents (delays, deviations, mechanical failures). * **Document Control:** Ensure all transportation documentation (bills of lading, invoices, delivery notes, customs entries) is compliant and meets legal and tax regulations. * **KPI Analysis:** Monitor key metrics such as cost per kilometer, on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery service level, and vehicle capacity utilization. **Required Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or International Trade 2 years of experience Age between 25 and 40 years **Knowledge Requirements** * Proficiency in systems (CONTPAQi, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook email, invoicing) * Satellite tracking platforms (GPS) * Intermediate or advanced Excel (pivot tables, logistics formulas) **We Offer** * Grocery vouchers: 3.5% monthly * Savings fund: 3.5% weekly * Punctuality bonus: 10% weekly * Attendance bonus: 10% weekly * Weekly payment **Schedule** **9 PM to 5 AM** **Salary** **Gross $13,000** **Location** **Nte. 2 10, Nuevo Parque Industrial, 76809 San Juan del Río, Qro.** **If interested, please send your CV via this channel or to phone number 427 121 1761** Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
