FINSA III** **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with official degree and professional license * Minimum 1 year of industrial experience * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM – FIXED NIGHT SHIFT * Proven leadership and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team * Work location: Parque Finsa III **We Offer:** * Bi-weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Ongoing training * Transportation **Responsibilities:** * Providing care and follow-up to plant personnel according to their shift and activities assigned by the physician * Monitoring implementation of the annual work plan * Promoting and executing monthly health campaigns * Identifying unsafe acts or conditions through safety and health walkthroughs within the facilities * Comprehensive development of medical services with a focus on company growth and expansion * Experience using Microsoft Office software * Knowledge of current applicable health regulations (e.g., SSA, IMSS, STPS, COFEPRIS, etc.) * Ergonomic analysis of workstations (desirable) ### **We're waiting for you!**
