




Responsibilities: * Recruitment and personnel selection * Onboarding of new employees * Supervision of training and development * Management of labor conflicts * Compliance with labor regulations * Supervision of benefits and compensation Requirements and Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related fields. * 3\-5 years of experience in Human Resources * Advanced knowledge of Excel * Knowledge of labor laws and local regulations * Payroll management using specialized software (NOI) * Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, IMSS, INFONAVIT and ISR. * Knowledge of IDSE, SUA and SIPARE systems. Benefits: * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm.
