We expect you to actively contribute both technically and to product evolution—collaborating across teams and participating in decisions that help scale the platform efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain production full-stack applications (backend \+ frontend). * Translate product requirements into functional, scalable technical solutions. * Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate and improve features. * Participate in technical decision-making guided by the team, offering well-reasoned solutions. * Integrate APIs and AI/LLM models into product features. * Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and basic testing. * Optimize application performance and stability. * Support deployment and infrastructure processes. **Requirements:** * **3+ years** of experience developing production software used by real users. * Experience as a Full Stack developer (backend \+ frontend). * **Backend:** Python 3\.12\+, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Celery * **Frontend:** React (JS or TS), Vite or Next.js * **AI / Agents:** LangGraph, LangChain, LLM integration (desirable) * **Infrastructure:** Docker, Azure * Strong product understanding and a problem-solving mindset focused on business needs. * Ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks and projects. * A mindset of continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Plus (not mandatory):** * Experience working in a marketplace, B2B platform, or operations-focused startup * Working-level English — some clients are multinational **Benefits** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm **Work Mode:** Full-time, On-site, 100% payroll **Base Salary:** $35,000 – $45,000 MXN gross per month **Statutory Benefits** **Social Security** **Legally mandated vacation days** **13th-month bonus (20 days)** **Computer equipment** **Growth opportunities** **About the Company** We are a digital manufacturing platform connecting enterprises with a network of certified manufacturing partners to produce high-precision parts.
