




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with billing experience to manage shipping documentation, transfer orders, incoming goods, and coordination of goods inflow and outflow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages shipping documentation and billing 2. Coordinates incoming and outgoing goods 3. Proficient in Excel and inventory management systems Administrative Assistant with billing experience. EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN A SIMILAR POSITION EXCEL PROFICIENCY **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** \-Generate shipping documentation for customer deliveries and invoice listings. \-Process transfer orders and record incoming goods in the system. \-Compile documentation for deliveries, transfers, receipts, and returns of goods; track customer returns due to loading errors, billing errors, and other issues. \-Print generated orders; issue invoices for previously created sales orders; participate in inventory counts. \-Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
