Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor video surveillance systems, detect suspicious activities, thefts, or intrusions, and operate CCTV equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time monitoring of the video surveillance system 2. Detailed incident reporting and immediate notification to on-site security personnel 3. PTZ camera control, recording management, and review of historical footage IMPORTANT: A company specializing in mobile phone parts sales is seeking a **SURVEILLANCE OPERATOR** **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor our video surveillance system in real time to detect suspicious activities, thefts, or intrusions. * **Active Surveillance:** Continuously observe CCTV screens to identify unusual behavior, unauthorized entry, or security risks. * **Reporting and Incidents:** Document relevant events thoroughly in logs or written reports and immediately notify on-site security personnel or authorities. * **CCTV Operation:** Operate PTZ (pan\-tilt\-zoom) cameras, perform recordings, review historical footage, and ensure proper functioning of equipment. * Access Control: Monitor entries and exits of staff, vendors, and visitors to prevent unauthorized access. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong concentration and observational skills. * Quick response to emergency situations. * Proficiency in computer equipment and video systems. * Honesty, discretion, and confidential handling of information. * Availability to work in the city center.
