CONSTRUCTION AND QUALITY SUPERVISOR Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of mass housing construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and company-established regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise physical progress of construction work on-site according to the established schedule. * Coordinate and direct contractors, suppliers, and site personnel. * Verify proper execution of construction processes and quality standards. * Control efficient use of materials, machinery, and labor. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and work estimates. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations at the site. * Validate volumes of completed work for estimates and payments. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree (graduated or intern). * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in construction supervision, preferably in mass housing projects. * Knowledge of mass housing construction processes (foundations, structure, finishes, site development). * Familiarity with construction and safety regulations.
