Due to growth and development, we are seeking your talent as: **PRIVATE SECURITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR FOR ZAPOPAN** Main requirements: * **Released military draft card and valid driver's license (mandatory)** * Preferred: Completed bachelor’s degree or high school with excellent Office skills. * Experience with firearms and leadership roles managing security personnel. **(desirable)** * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions with good results **(NOT NECESSARILY IN THE SECURITY INDUSTRY).** Responsibilities: * Ensure transmission and compliance with service instructions by each assigned staff member, providing daily training. * Orient each staff member regarding work assignments based on client type and position. * Risk identification and analysis. * Enforce protocols and instructions. Plan, supervise, and conduct patrols (attendance roll calls, logbook reviews, incident or novelty reports, monitoring personnel and vehicle controls and records). * Ensure service coverage (minimizing absences and staff turnover). * Detect and deter risk factors, acting responsibly while analyzing internal and external circumstances. * Guarantee adherence to the Code of Ethics and prevent any acts of bribery. * Submit quality and service level reports. * Evaluate personnel performance based on service instructions and client/user needs. **What do we offer?** Variable compensation depending on experience and skills, potentially reaching **$16,000 NET BASE SALARY PLUS BONUSES BASED ON PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.** Statutory benefits.
