Generate production orders. Monitor compliance with established processes by production area operators. Analyze data and samples for new products. Verify compliance with company-defined safety regulations. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards implemented by the company. Create products in the system. Coordinate with warehouse material requirements. Production scheduling. Prepare operational reports. **Knowledge required**: Office software, for example: Excel. ERP systems. Office equipment.
