Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanic to support diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in gasoline and diesel engines, while maintaining workshop order. We are currently recruiting for the position of **Electromechanic** in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school or Mechanical Engineering degree. * Flexible availability for work schedule. * Experience as an automotive mechanical workshop assistant. * Experience or specialization in gasoline or diesel systems. * Preventive and corrective maintenance experience. * Valid driver's license. * Proficiency in PC operation and Microsoft Office software. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in diagnosing basic mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in gasoline and diesel engines. * Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, spark plug replacements, belt and hose replacements, etc. * Assist in repairing brake, suspension, steering, cooling, exhaust, and transmission systems. * Load, clean, and organize workshop tools and equipment. * Assist in disassembling and assembling mechanical components under supervision. * Record completed work and report damaged or missing parts. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to safety and hygiene standards. * Conduct basic post-repair functional tests (under supervision). **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary starting at $12,400.00 Net, weekly payments + bonuses and commissions + statutory benefits **Variable Shifts: Monday to Saturday** * **Start time: 6:00 AM, end time: 4:00 PM,** * **Start time: 8:00 AM, end time: 6:00 PM** * **Start time: 10:00 AM, end time: 8:00 PM.** **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time employment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Continuous training in sales and leadership. * Statutory benefits and performance-based bonuses. **Work Location: Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.** Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
