The purchasing assistant is responsible for conducting stock and inventory analysis. Stocks are determined based on packaging multiples, quantities, or commercial policies. Inventories are obtained using the ordico tool, which exports the required information to Excel. Creates product items, codes, costs, and promotions; generates promotion names in coordination with the marketing department, which specifies the name to be used. Regarding purchases, prepares the technical sheet, submits it to different departments for approval, creates items according to the established stock, and forwards them to sales management and direction. Captures purchase orders; after inventory analysis, ordering follows demand requirements, and products must not remain in warehouse for more than one month. Responsible for attending to suppliers according to the portfolio managed, reviewing goods, updates, and promotions. Obtains quotations from suppliers for current or new products, ensuring they are of good quality and price. Negotiates with suppliers, drafts documents, and processes credit requests and account registrations. Coordinates with the accounting department for invoicing procedures, ensures invoices meet all tax requirements, and initiates re-invoicing if any discrepancies are found.
