NURSING SUPERVISOR Objective and activities: Plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise nursing staff in the hospital, participate in specific surgeries, ensure the proper functioning of the area. \- Provide training to nursing staff on surgical instruments and nursing procedures. \- Use and administration of medications and patient care. \- Coordinate and establish shifts, roles, and incidents of nursing staff.. \- Record logs and supervise department files. \- Guarantee warm, effective, and responsible patient service. \- Train staff in surgical medical instrumentation. \- Assist in specialized surgeries. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor's degree in nursing **(title and license required).** * **Surgical experience** of at least two years. * Proficiency in **ACL and BLS**. * Essential patient health care knowledge. * Minimum work experience of three years and **at least 1 year as supervisor, coordinator, or nursing supervisor.** * **Good computer skills, Office software, Excel.** * **Flexible availability.** SCHEDULE: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, returning to work from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, one day off. Monday to Saturday. (48 hours per week). INITIAL BASE SALARY: $14,000 gross monthly plus statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, VACATIONS, CHRISTMAS BONUS, VACATION BONUS).
