BI Platform Design and Management Implement and maintain key dashboards and reports for senior management and operational departments. Integrate sales, inventory, logistics, procurement, and financial data from all countries of operation (Mexico, Peru, and Guatemala). 2\. Strategic Analysis Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance by sales channel. Identify expansion opportunities, efficiency improvements, or operational enhancements based on data insights. Generate monthly executive reports to support strategic decision-making. 3\. Support in International Trade and Logistics Monitor pricing, delivery times, and margins by supplier (India and China). Analyze the impact of logistics costs, exchange rates, and local regulations. 4\. Development of Predictive Models Create forecasting models for demand, inventory turnover, and operational risks. Support the definition of optimal pricing and margins by country or segment. 5\. Report Automation and Standardization Design automated reports for key departments: sales, procurement, finance, operations. Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability. 6\. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with commercial, finance, logistics, and IT teams to consolidate data. Train key users in the use of BI tools and analytical techniques. **Job Requirements:** -------------------------- ### **Education** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field. (Desirable) Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or MBA. ### **Work Experience** * Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, commercial intelligence, or strategic planning roles. * Experience in international trade, logistics, or distribution companies (desirable). * Experience working with multi-country teams or datasets. ### **Technical Skills** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Power BI); * Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools); intermediate-to-advanced SQL and relational data modeling; Python or R (desirable for predictive modeling); * Knowledge of international trade (basic to intermediate); ### **Other Requirements** * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2 level required); * Willingness to travel (having a passport is desirable); * Flexible availability including weekends; * Valid driver's license required; * Excellent professional appearance
