We are growing and seeking an **Urban Development Resident** with technical and strategic vision to carry out high-impact urban developments. *We are looking for someone passionate about civil engineering, skilled in executing engineering projects, and capable of coordinating technical studies and urban infrastructure plans. If you are enthusiastic about planning and supervising from layout through to delivery, this challenge is for you!* **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Prepare urban development execution projects: potable water, sanitary and storm drainage, electricity, telecommunications, and CCTV. ✔ Conduct topographic surveys and technical studies such as soil mechanics, seismic spectra, etc. ✔ Review drawings, calculation reports, specifications, and supervise on-site implementation. ✔ Validate supplier engineering, integrate information, and control the project’s technical quality. **Requirements:** ✅ Experience in vertical construction (mandatory). ✅ Knowledge of formwork systems. ✅ Proficiency in software such as Neodata, Enkontrol, Opus or similar. ✅ Advanced Excel skills and cost analysis capability. ✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. ✅ Residence near Elevare or willingness to relocate. **We Offer:** ✔ Competitive salary based on experience ✔ Job stability and participation in high-impact projects. ✔ Opportunities for professional growth and development. ✔ Work within a committed, multidisciplinary technical team.
