Excellent work environment Job Objective Perform topographic surveys, land measurements, and analysis for urban development, construction, and real estate development projects, ensuring technical data accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct field topographic surveys. * Perform land measurements, boundary demarcations, and leveling. * Prepare topographic maps and descriptive reports. * Operate surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and automatic levels. * Process and analyze topographic data using specialized software. * Verify coordinates, surface areas, and property boundaries. * Support subdivision, urban development, and construction projects. * Generate technical reports and required documentation. * Coordinate field activities with survey crews and operational staff. * Ensure compliance with safety standards during field operations. Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in topographic surveying. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, CivilCAD, or related software. * Knowledge of total station, RTK GPS, and leveling instruments. * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Willingness to travel. * Availability for fieldwork.
