Supervise customer service 5\. Resolve complaints or incidents 6\. Monitor inventory of supplies 7\. Assist with opening and closing procedures 8\. Train staff 9\. Monitor attendance and punctuality 10\. Supervise orders and deliveries 11\. Report results to management 12\.
