### **Job Objective** As a home collection manager, you are responsible for validating the data of customers who have requested credit, as well as creating payment plans for clients in their first weeks of delinquency, building long-term relationships with our customers. * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in the application. * Understand customer needs to offer them the best solution that allows them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service with respect and friendliness to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using the required and necessary protective equipment.
