Competencies and Skills: * Focus on quality * Focus on results * Teamwork * Initiative * Problem analysis * Sensitivity to guidelines * Openness to change JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: * Phone customer service. * Telephone follow-up with customers overdue within the month. * Establish payment commitments. * Enter follow-ups into the SMBK system. * Input payment agreements and/or close follow-ups in the collections application. * Perform daily and monthly late fee calculations. * Identify customers eligible for courtesy visits according to Alsol Contigo financial policies. * Receive payment slips and verify their proper application. * Identify bank deposits by matching customer names with credit numbers. * Send required information to Collections Managers. * Assign new disbursed customers from the previous month to the current portfolio of the corresponding Collections Manager. * Daily bulk upload of direct debit payments.
