At EHMO we are looking for an Operations Assistant to coordinate and supervise our transportation units, ensuring compliance with protocols and optimizing company resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate transportation units, ensuring their proper operation. * Verify that units have preventive maintenance services and all documentation in order. * Prepare fuel requests for transportation units. * Supervise that assigned operators comply with established work protocols. * Prepare and manage expense reports related to operations. * Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the department. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Transportation or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or related positions. * Proven experience in transportation coordination and proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Availability to work from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. * Leadership, organizational, and expense control skills. * Ability to resolve incidents and make quick decisions. * Excellent communication skills. **We Offer**: Net salary of $5,500.00 pesos per month. **Work schedule Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm**.
