Parking lot remodeling and maintenance . Implementation of preventive maintenance measures . Conducting inspections of designated areas . Determining whether maintenance is required in any area . Responding promptly in case of emergencies . Performing other maintenance tasks as assigned **SKILLS:** · Objective- and results-oriented work · Service-oriented attitude and customer attention · Excellent personal presentation · Commitment to company goals · Planning and organization · Honesty and responsibility **REQUIREMENTS:** · Education: Technical Degree or Engineering in Maintenance · Minimum 3 years of experience .
