Location: Guadalajara Work arrangement: On-site Who are we looking for? \- More than 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist. \- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. \- Experience in hiring. \- Proactive and self-critical. \- Strong time management and organizational skills. Main responsibilities: \- Recruitment and selection of personnel. \- Personnel administration (hiring, incident and payroll review, vacations, administrative letters, issuance of uniforms and credentials). \- Labor relations (terminations, warnings, final settlement delivery), complying with current labor regulations. \- Guide and support new employees during the onboarding process. \- Implement strategies to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. \- Engage with operational teams to provide support on processes and address employee inquiries.
