We are seeking a Training Assistant responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating vocational training programs in accordance with applicable regulations. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Conduct training needs assessments in compliance with applicable regulations. * Design and update training programs aligned with job functions. * Deliver in-person and/or virtual courses, ensuring effective teaching methodologies. * Ensure proper delivery and document evidence of external courses. * Evaluate learning outcomes and document evidence for issuance of DC-3 certificates. * Record attendance and training results for preparation of the DC-4 report. * Maintain up-to-date training files to ensure regulatory compliance. * Apply didactic techniques and supporting resources (manuals, materials, instructions). * Report all evidence of training plan compliance to the Training Manager. * Report staff attendance at courses specified in the annual training plan to the Human Resources Department. ***Requirements:*** * **Bachelor’s degree (certified) in Humanities (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, or related field)** ***Desirable:*** Certification as a Trainer (EC0217 or EC0301 issued by CONOCER) and/or registration as an external trainer with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). **Minimum 1–2 years verifiable experience:** * Delivering vocational training or education (higher education or adult education). * Developing, designing, and implementing a Training Plan and Training Programs. * Generating documentary evidence of training compliance. * Group facilitation and adult education. **Willingness to travel (mandatory):** * Availability to undertake official travel for in-person course delivery at various locations where implementation of the training program is required. ***Skills:*** * Critical thinking and feedback capability. * Public speaking and audience management skills. * Clear and assertive communication. * Organization and time management. * Planning and organization. * Empathy and active listening. * Observation and analysis. * Leadership and group management. * Problem-solving. * Adaptability to diverse learning styles. ***We Offer:*** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability * Professional work environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site
