Key Responsibilities:* Meet monthly new credit placement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, and Master). * Maintain strict control over current month renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. * Enforce credit policies according to the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. * Recover loans, ensuring portfolio quality with less than 3.0% PAR >30 days, according to the Portfolio Report at month-end closing. * Follow up on protocols defined at each credit stage. * Conduct group visits punctually according to the payment frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly, or Monthly). * Ensure clients maintain continuous membership within VFM by providing high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from the first day of delay, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to institutional policies and procedures regarding fraud involving clients. * Fulfill the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and social impact goals. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and in locations experiencing adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
