Join us!” We are seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support to users, ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment, and assist in system and network administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about user support. **Your responsibilities** * Monitor and support the user support provider. * Assist the support provider in installing and updating software applications, computer equipment, and peripheral devices. * Support, monitor, and ensure periodic maintenance of equipment and systems. * Configure user profiles, email accounts, and access credentials for new hires, and provide assistance regarding all access and password-related matters. * Conduct security reviews across all systems. * Create, update, and maintain equipment inventory and assignment records. * Develop applications and interfaces for internal systems. **What we’re looking for in you** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * Computer equipment maintenance and support. * Software development (PHP, Python). * Application installation. * Network user administration. * Structured cabling and CCTV. * Familiarity with at least one ERP system. * Experience: More than 2 years in a similar role; 1 year in software development (PHP, Python). **What we offer** * **Competitive salary:** $17,000–$19,000 gross per month. * **Bonuses and benefits:** Statutory and above-statutory benefits including grocery vouchers, savings fund, 30-day bonus, and additional paid days off. * **Job stability** and timely payroll processing. * **Training and growth opportunities.** * **Safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.** **Why work with us?** Because we value the people who make up our team.
