You will be responsible for managing branch and office resources to ensure the branch operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the company’s standards and goals. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supervising, motivating, and coordinating the work team. * Hiring, training, and evaluating staff. * Scheduling shifts and resolving labor conflicts. * Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies. * Managing inventory. * Coordinating branch opening and closing procedures. * Monitoring income and expenses. * Supervising cash handling or valuables management. * Preparing financial or sales reports for central management. * Coordinating travel, transportation, accommodation, and logistics for staff during new openings. * Supervising construction progress, furniture installation, permits, and administrative procedures. * Supporting the planning and execution of grand opening events. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Tourism Management. - Prior experience in Food and Beverage. - Previous performance of similar duties in prior positions.
