We seek a passionate **Infrastructure and Maintenance Leader**, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to resolve operational challenges—ensuring all our business units remain at 100% in image, operational efficiency, and safety. ### **Position Objective** Ensure optimal operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities, equipment, and furniture across all branches, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations under the franchise’s quality, hygiene, and Civil Protection standards. ### **Key Responsibilities:** **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Schedule and perform maintenance on refrigeration, gas, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning systems, furniture, and finishes (floors, ceilings, façades). **Supervision and Inspection:** Conduct periodic visits to branches to identify improvement opportunities, assess risks, and coordinate fumigation programs. **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with Civil Protection regulations by overseeing safety systems such as fire extinguishers, signage, and evacuation routes. **Vendor and Budget Management:** Coordinate, hire, and evaluate external specialized vendors for technical work. **Projects and Expansion:** Support architectural, construction, and remodeling projects for new business units. **Administration:** Maintain tool and material inventory records and update maintenance logs per unit. ### **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, Maintenance, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in general maintenance, preferably managing multiple branches or business units. **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience in plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, gas, carpentry, painting, and Civil Protection regulations. **Key Skills:** Sense of urgency, proactivity, organization, decision-making ability, and exceptional capacity to work under pressure. **Others:** Valid driver’s license (preferably with personal vehicle). **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Food and Beverage **Skills:** * + Results-Oriented * Agility under pressure * Time management *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f3a5cf3800004c00e38d8a\&source\=indeed*
