




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with experience in recruitment, performance evaluation, and personnel management to ensure compliance with labor regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel. 2. Performance evaluation management and personnel file control. 3. Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and labor relations. Human Resources Manager REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of administering and interpreting psychometric tests. * Knowledge of posting job vacancies on various websites. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews. * Knowledge of performance evaluations. * Incident follow-up. * Attendance and bonus tracking. * Management of recruitment sources. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment of operational and administrative personnel. * Administration of psychometric tests. * Performance evaluations. * Personnel file control. * Obtaining employment references. * Labor relations. * New employee onboarding. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs. Work Location: 5 minutes from Paseo Destino Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $13,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
