





**Position: Operations and Logistics Coordinator, Customer Service** **General Description:** We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to manage logistical operations and provide direct customer service. This person will serve as the liaison between the company and clients, ensuring that every request, delivery, and requirement is fulfilled on time with consistent communication and effective follow-up. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the **logistics of deliveries** for advertising materials, printed items, and products to stores and designated locations. * Provide **timely follow-up on retail orders and requests** (materials or additional services). * Maintain **direct and professional communication** with executives and internal teams. * Verify the status of each delivery (printing, transportation, receipt). * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and completed delivery summaries. * Ensure delivery deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. * Coordinate with production, printing, and internal transportation departments to guarantee proper execution of each order. **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics, customer service, or project coordination. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to quickly resolve unexpected issues with a proactive attitude. * Proficiency in basic control tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email). * Experience working with corporate accounts or retail chains is desirable. **Desired Profile:** * Organized, committed individual with a strong sense of responsibility. * Detail-oriented and service-focused. * Capable of working under pressure and prioritizing tasks.
