Experience in soundings (SPT, CPT) and slope stabilization. * **Certifications:** Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, specialization in Geotechnics (master's degree or diploma), certification in NTC\-SCT or ASTM D1586 standards. * **Evaluation Criteria:** Previous geotechnical reports (e.g., laboratory tests, stability analysis), participation in tunnels or projects involving unstable soils, references from projects such as Autopista Arriaga\-Ocozocoautla. * **Others:** Familiarity with seismic risks (Norma Técnica Complementaria para Diseño por Sismo, G12\.2017) and tunnel geology. **Functions:** Conduct soil investigations (SPT/CPT soundings), analyze slope stability, recommend treatments for unstable soils, and assess seismic risks.
