We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates leadership skills as well as adaptability to change. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation and service. - Coordinate and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards. - Plan and organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours. - Foster a positive and productive work environment. - Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with hygiene and safety standards. - Inventory management. **Requirements:** - Completed Bachelor’s degree (Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field). - Knowledge of Standard 251 and “H” Certification. - 3 years of experience. - Ability to work under pressure. - Prior experience as a supervisor in an industrial cafeteria. - Problem-solving skills. - Personnel management skills. - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
