Role Mission Convert qualified opportunities/leads into customers by leading the end-to-end sales process through contract closure. You will be responsible for strategically advancing each opportunity, deeply understanding client needs, building trust, and clearly articulating Luca’s value proposition. This role is critical, as it requires executing a robust and flawless commercial process, managing multiple stakeholders, confidently handling objections, and driving each opportunity to conversion. Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing. * Work with leads provided by our prospecting team and independently build your own client portfolio via referrals, cold outreach, and on-the-ground relationship building. * Achieve quota and report weekly KPIs for your client portfolio. * Build relationships with schools, establishing credibility, trust, and deep understanding of their needs. * Share relevant field insights with our product, growth, and operations teams. * Stay current with the latest sales trends and best practices. * Travel to meet schools in the city.
