Meet the daily quota of home visits, as well as productivity, quality, and human resources targets. Negotiate with customers by offering payment alternatives and possible exit programs that enable them to regularize their account, reactivate service, or recover equipment. Identify alternative scheduling options and contact methods to locate customers, their relatives, or third parties—ensuring successful visits. Verify and obtain updated contact information to reach customers.
