




Position Summary: Provides in-store operational support for sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service to meet operational and commercial performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Merchandise arrangement and planogram execution 2. Customer service and sales closing 3. Cashier transactions and return processing Provide floor-level operational support in stores by executing relevant operational processes for sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to ensure proper implementation and achievement of assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in delivery trucks, adhering to applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute accurate planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper front-facing and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in store opening/closing tasks as well as sales-floor cleaning activities to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and overall store presentation. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in counter sales closures; also handle customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cashier transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in strict compliance with AutoZone’s point-of-sale payment policies to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction completion. * High school diploma or equivalent completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
