**Job Description** We are seeking a **responsible, organized, and proactive Warehouse Assistant** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, control, and proper management of products within the warehouse, ensuring efficient movement of goods and compliance with supply procedures to service areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Organize and classify products following the **FIFO (First In, First Out)** method. * Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and with updated inventory. * Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. * Report damaged, slow-moving, or near-expiration products. * Support loading and unloading of transport units. * Assist in supplying products to the sales area. * Support in providing raw materials to the production area. **Requirements** * Education: Completed secondary or high school. * Minimum desirable experience of **6 months in a similar position** (preferably in warehouses, storage facilities, or distribution centers). * Basic knowledge of inventory control and hydraulic pallet jack operation (desirable). * Availability for flexible hours and rotating shifts. * Accustomed to physical and heavy work (loading and unloading merchandise). * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Punctuality bonus. * Productivity bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth within the company. * Positive work environment and job stability. **Location:** Barrio Santa Cruz, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas **Job Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (weekly rotating shifts).
