Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all hotel facilities and equipment, maintaining common areas and villas in optimal condition for guest comfort. **As a Villa Operator, you will be responsible for:** * Painting areas as needed, ensuring complete and even coverage of all affected surfaces using appropriate materials and tools to achieve a uniform finish. * Inspecting and maintaining door hardware, security accessories, and repairing wooden windows and doors. You must also inspect and repair plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, showers, sinks, and, in general, all areas and components requiring maintenance. * Maintaining furniture and equipment—including refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, water coolers, laundry centers, toasters, blenders, electric grills, electric stoves, lamps, telephones, safes, etc.—and reporting any damage or missing items. * Conducting regular overall facility inspections is essential to ensure proper functionality. All hotel areas must be inspected periodically to identify potential failures or maintenance needs, thereby ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. * Managing inventory to ensure adequate supply of materials and tools. * Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. **To successfully perform this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:** * Technical training * 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. * Knowledge of electricity and plumbing. * Problem-solving skills * Responsibility * Proactiveness * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude **The following capabilities and distinctions would be advantageous in this position:** * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and standards. * Proficiency in using standard work tools. * Experience in carpentry and masonry.
