




Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Customer Service. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Job Summary** The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service, based on knowledge of the company's products and services. The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information on concerns, questions and/or complaints by telephone or via the Internet. **Job Responsibilities** Work together with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations. Listen, document and resolve customer concerns. Troubleshoot and document potential problems that may arise with the product or service. Report to the Supply Chain Manager clear and accurate information on the status of each customer.
